Product composition
Inorganic zinc primer is a two component coating composed of alkyl silicate ester as the base material and ultrafine zinc powder as the main anti rust pigment. (Low zinc content can be used as inorganic zinc silicate workshop primer)
Product Features
Has excellent cathodic protection effect and excellent rust prevention performance; Fast drying speed and excellent heat resistance, with a heat resistance temperature of up to 300 ℃; Has good heat and oil resistance; The paint film has good adhesion and impact resistance; Good supporting performance.
application area
Applied as a maintenance primer for shot blasting and sandblasting in steel structure assembly line operations; Used for external wall anti-corrosion of various steel structures or cement components; Applied to anti-corrosion of ship bottoms, offshore drilling platforms, docks, underground pipelines, and other areas.

construction technology
surface treatment
The surface of steel must be sandblasted or shot blasted to remove surface impurities, rust, oil stains, dust, etc., increase the roughness of the steel surface, and improve the adhesion of cold galvanized paint,
Paint preparation
Add curing agent and diluent in proportion to the main agent of inorganic zinc rich primer, mix thoroughly and evenly, and mature for 20-30 minutes. The construction environment temperature is between 5 and 40 ℃, and the relative humidity is 25% -85%. The mixed paint must be used up within 6 hours (25 ℃) to prevent the paint from gelatinizing and solidifying, making it unusable.
Construction methods
Inorganic zinc rich primer can be applied by high-pressure airless spraying, air spraying, manual brushing, and other methods. During the construction period, the paint inside the barrel should be continuously stirred to avoid zinc powder precipitation.
