surface treatment
The surface treatment of steel structures shall be carried out according to the national standard GB8923-88, with sandblasting and rust removal reaching Sa2.5 level and manual rust removal reaching St3 level;
Before painting, the surface of the profile should be cleaned of dust, welding slag, oil stains, floating rust, water stains, etc;
Before use, stir the coating evenly, then mix according to the standard ratio of components A and B, add a special diluent, and stir evenly before use;
This product is suitable for air spraying or immersion coating, etc;
Maintain a good ventilation environment during construction, preferably within the range of 0~40 ℃ and with a relative humidity of ≤ 60%;
During construction, it is not allowed to mix with other coatings or incompatible organic solvents to prevent deterioration;
All coatings should be used up within the applicable period, and the applicable period is 2-6 hours after mixing the curing agent.
Cleaning: Immediately clean the tool with diluent after use.
Storage and transportation: The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place (5-35 ℃), protected from sunlight and kept away from heat sources. Seal and store, and cover tightly at any time after opening. During transportation, prevent exposure to sunlight and rain, avoid collisions, and comply with the requirements of the transportation department.
Shelf life: Without opening the packaging, the storage period is 12 months
