Product characteristics

It has excellent cathodic protection and shielding functions for steel. The construction is simple and can be sprayed, brushed, or rolled, making it the best material to replace traditional hot-dip galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, and hot-spray zinc (aluminum).

Long acting zinc film with a pure zinc content of ≥ 96% and salt spray resistance of ≥ 2000-6000 hours;

Environmentally friendly, free of toxic chemicals such as isocyanates and benzene;

The anti slip and anti slip coefficient is ≥ 0.55, which can be used for anti-corrosion of high-strength bolt connection surfaces;

Welding resistance with coating does not affect the welding quality, and the coating is not damaged by cutting or welding;

The ability to withstand high temperature continuously is 300 ℃;

Low temperature resistance and sustainable ability to withstand low temperatures of -60 ℃; Fast drying, surface drying time at 25 ℃ is 15 minutes, and actual drying time is 18 hours.
