Composition and performance
A two component thick coated anti rust paint composed of epoxy resin and coal tar asphalt as the base material;
The paint film is tough, has good adhesion, and has a long protection period. The paint film has excellent resistance to seawater, cathodic protection, wear resistance, acid, alkali, salt, and microbial corrosion. The matching performance is excellent, with good insulation and water resistance.
Product Usage
Suitable for anti-corrosion of various steel or cement components buried in the pipeline outer wall, suitable for anti-corrosion of sewage treatment tanks, storage tanks, tunnels, underground parking lots, etc., applied to ship bottoms and ballast tanks, offshore drilling platforms, docks, steel piles, water locks, and underground pipelines.

surface treatment
The surface treatment of steel shall be carried out in accordance with the national standard "Rust Grades and Derusting Grades of Steel Surfaces before Painting" GB8923-88. The sandblasting derusting shall reach Sa2.5 level, and the manual derusting shall reach St3 level.
Construction conditions
The coating temperature range is -10-35 ℃, the relative humidity is below 85%, and the surface temperature of the substrate is above 3 ℃ above the dew point. When the substrate temperature is greater than 35 ℃, it is recommended not to apply coating. Painting cannot be carried out in adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, wind, sand and dust.
Note: Paint should be placed in a low temperature, ventilated, and dry place; Stay away from ignition and heat sources; Store in a cool and dry place with a shelf life of one year.
