Basic composition
A two component epoxy ballast tank paint composed of epoxy resin, synthetic resin, coloring pigments, physical pigments, additives, solvents, and epoxy curing agents.

Has adhesion, flexibility, and impact resistance.
It has excellent water resistance and seawater resistance.
It has good anti-corrosion performance and durability.
Has excellent alkali resistance.
It has good oil resistance and chemical resistance.
Product Usage
Suitable for heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings on ship bottoms, ballast tanks, dock steel piles, offshore oil drilling platforms, hydraulic steel gates, mine steel supports, and inner and outer walls of pipelines.

surface treatment
Steel with oxide skin: sandblasting treatment, rust removal quality must meet the Sa2.5 level specified in GB8923-88 "Rust Grades and Rust Removal Grades of Steel Surfaces before Painting" standard
Oxygenated skin free steel: sandblasted to Sa2.5 level, or polished to St3 level with pneumatic or electric elastic grinding wheels
Steel coated with workshop primer: paint film damage, rust, and white rust on zinc containing primer must undergo secondary rust removal and polished to St3 level
• Concrete surface: After the concrete has dried thoroughly, all dust, laitance, and dirt on the concrete surface must be removed
Construction conditions
The substrate temperature must be 3 ℃ above the dew point
• Relative humidity not exceeding 85%
Coating method: Airless spraying, air spraying, roller coating/brush coating
Cleaning agent: 103 diluent
Shelf life: 12 months
