bituminous ship bottom anti-fouling paint
An economical anti fouling paint for ship bottoms, composed of coal tar asphalt and rosin as the base materials, and cuprous oxide as the main anti fouling agent and auxiliary agent, without machine tin anti fouling agent.
Main characteristics
It can effectively prevent fouling of the bottom of ships by marine organisms such as barnacles, oysters, limeworms, mosses, and algae within 1-1.5 years.
Keep the bottom of the ship clean and speed unaffected, saving fuel.
It is a soluble anti fouling paint, where the anti fouling agent in the paint film slowly seeps out into the seawater, while the anti fouling paint film also slowly dissolves to expose new anti fouling agents that continue to seep out into the seawater.
Construction is convenient, and different methods such as airless high-pressure spraying, brush coating, or roller coating can be used for construction.
When the thickness of the paint film meets the specified requirements, effective anti fouling effect can be obtained.
purpose
Suitable for small and medium-sized ships and docks navigating in seawater as anti fouling paint to prevent marine organisms from fouling the bottom of the ship.
