surface treatment
The paint base should be clean, free of oil stains, dust and other pollutants, and sandblasted or shot blasted to achieve Swedish Sa2.5 level, while manual mechanical rust removal should reach St2-3 level.
Painting method
Airless spraying: air spraying roller coating/brush coating
Storage period: Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, with paint for one year and curing agent for six months.
matters needing attention
1. Read the instructions before construction;
2. Before use, mix the paint and curing agent according to the required ratio, mix as much as needed, mix evenly before use, and use up within 8 hours;
3. During the construction process, keep it dry and clean, and the packaging barrel of the curing agent must be tightly covered after paint preparation to avoid gelation;
4. During construction and drying, the relative humidity should not exceed 85%. This product can only be delivered for use after 1 day of coating;
5. The surface of the epoxy zinc rich workshop primer is prone to the formation of zinc salts, and should not be exposed for a long time before the coating is applied. If painting at longer intervals, it is recommended to use H53-89 cloud iron epoxy intermediate paint for sealing.
