It has extremely high adhesion to the substrate, and the cured paint film has excellent corrosion resistance and chemical resistance. The film has small shrinkage, high hardness, good wear resistance, and excellent electrical insulation performance.
Product Usage
Especially suitable for pharmaceutical factories, hospitals, power electronics industries, airports, schools and other places that are highly clean, dust-free, and implement GMP standards.
Construction instructions
Surface treatment: The base surface must be solid and free from dust, dirt, and other pollutants. If the substrate has oil stains, it should be degreased first. Industrial cleaning and planing equipment can be used to remove polishing agents, wax, grease, and similar pollutants; Use mechanical methods such as sandblasting, chiseling, and polishing to provide a rough, clean, and open pore surface.
Mixing of materials: At room temperature, add component B (curing agent) to component A (resin), stir evenly and dilute with water before construction. Mixed use period: 2 hours.
Use a roller, trowel, or scraper for construction.
During the construction process, an appropriate amount of clean water can be added to dilute according to the temperature and base conditions. Do not add too much water, and the amount of water added should be according to the requirements of the construction plan. The principle of adding a small amount of water multiple times should be followed when diluting;
When the construction temperature is ≥ 5 ℃, the humidity should be ≤ 85% first. Special construction environment requirements, such as high humidity environments with temperatures below 5 ℃ or above 85%, can be contacted by the manufacturer to make specialized product adjustments according to special circumstances.
