Main components of water-based industrial coatings

Waterborne industrial coatings are formulated from water-based resins, pigments, various additives, and deionized water. They are environmentally friendly and harmless to humans.

It does not contain benzene series compounds such as toluene and xylene, and its VOC content is lower than the national mandatory standards. It has no irritating odor and is non-toxic and harmless.

Fast drying at room temperature, strong adhesion of the paint film, and good compatibility with various water-based and diluted topcoats.
It has excellent rust and anti-corrosion properties.

Construction tools can be cleaned with tap water to reduce the investment costs of enterprises in labor protection and fire safety.

Main purpose

Suitable for the coating of metal substrates in industrial equipment, transportation vehicles, and civil products, especially for the protective coating of exported steel surfaces.
